Steven M. Mandurano, MBA, CAE, CNP

Leadership

Steven Mandurano is a leader in results-based marketing, membership, and communications. For nearly 20 years, he has specialized in omni channel and direct response marketing, while delivering measurable results for a multitude of very small-to-mid size companies. Steven’s focus on offer creation and testing, and traditional, digital, inbound, content, multichannel and brand marketing initiatives has led to an increase in lead generation, customer engagement and acquisition, product sales, and brand awareness.

Steven’s tenure has largely been with smaller corporations, nonprofits, membership, and trade associations, and most recently Steven led the direct response marketing initiatives accounting for nearly 90 percent of organizational revenue and generating $6 million, to include a customer upsell pilot grossing $1 million.

Steven holds an MBA in Marketing, a certificate in Design Led Thinking, is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) through the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, and serves on the ASAE Marketing Advisory Council.
